For Independent Learning


No refunds. All payments made under this purchase are considered irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy as it ensures the smooth and consistent management of our services. For Instructor Led Online Training:


No refunds. No refunds will be issued for any courses under any circumstances.


Cancellation & Refunds for Classroom Training:


No refunds. Payments referenced herein are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. All payments associated with this purchase are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.


Iceberg Technologies Training retains the right to reschedule, cancel, or relocate an event due to factors such as insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events (including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, or political instability).


In case Iceberg Technologies Training cancel an event, a full refund of 100% will be promptly issued to the delegate.


Refunds: Duplicate payment


Refunds for duplicate payments made by the delegate will be initiated through the original source (the initial method of payment) within 7 to 10 working days upon notification by the customer. Your prompt communication is appreciated, and we are committed to resolving such matters efficiently. If you have any concerns or inquiries about the refund process, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
